Return / Exchange

We want your shopping experience to be smooth and enjoyable. Please take a moment to go through the following terms before placing your order.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below:

Returns
● Returns are acceptable only if the product is delivered in a damaged condition.
● It takes 7-10 business days after receiving the item back at our warehouse to do a
quality check.
● Refunds will be initiated back to the source after a quality check.
● (the whole process will take 10-15 business days)

Exchanges
● Exchange requests can be placed within 7 days of delivery through the ‘Exchange’
option in the website footer.
● Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact to qualify for
exchange.
● If you choose an item of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.
● If the exchanged item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to your original
payment method or account details provided.
● Once confirmed, we will arrange a free pickup within 1–3 business days.
● The new product will be delivered while picking up the exchanging product.
● If the requested item is out of stock or unavailable we will suggest alternatives or issue a
refund.
● The entire process typically takes 10–15 business days.
● An order can be exchanged only once and cannot be returned or exchanged again.
● No exchange on any products purchased under the mention of SALE.

We take great care in delivering products in perfect condition. However, in the rare case of:

• Transit damage
• Manufacturing defect
• Wrong item delivered

we will replace the item, provided the request is raised within the stipulated time frame.
