Shipping Within India
● Free Standard Shipping Available on all orders across India
● Delivery Time: Typically 5-7 business days from dispatch.
● Orders are delivered through our trusted courier partners, such as shiprocket , ensuring
secure and timely deliveries.

Prepaid Orders
● Prepaid orders (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI) are processed quicker since
they do not require phone verification.
● We recommend prepaid options for faster processing and seamless checkout.
Delivery Attempts and Unserviceable Areas
● Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts
If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange for redelivery or a refund (please note that international shipping costs are
non-refundable).

In rare cases, certain pincodes may be unserviceable. If your pincode falls under this category, we will notify you promptly and cancel the order with a full refund.

In-Store Pickup and Local Delivery (Coimbatore)
● In-Store Pickup
Available for Coimbatore residents. Orders will be ready within 24-48 hours, and we will notify you when it's available for collection.
● Same-Day Delivery

Offered in Coimbatore for orders placed before 4 PM.
Orders placed after 4 PM will be delivered the following business day.
